• Advance Notice: I kindly request that you provide at least 24 hours’ notice if you need to cancel or reschedule your appointment. This allows me to accommodate other clients who may be waiting for an appointment.

• Late Cancellations and No-Shows: If you cancel your appointment with less than 24 hours’ notice or do not show up for your scheduled appointment, a cancellation fee may apply. The fee amount will be determined by the type and length of the service that was booked.

• No-Shows: If you do not show up for your appointment without any prior notice, you will incur a cancellation fee for the full amount of the service booked and you may be required to prepay for future appointments or forfeit the ability to schedule future appointments.

• Confirmation: As a courtesy, I send appointment reminders via text 24-48 hours before your scheduled appointment. Please confirm or reschedule your appointment when you receive this message to prevent any potential misunderstandings or cancellation fees. It’s important to note that this text serves as a courtesy, and it’s your responsibility to ensure you have the appointment time recorded in your calendar and set up your own reminders if needed. While our text system is highly reliable and keeps a record of all sent messages, please be aware that your phone network is responsible for delivering the text to your device, and I cannot be held accountable if you don’t receive it and cancellation fees will still apply.

• Grace Period: I understand that unforeseen circumstances can arise. If you are running late for your appointment, please notify me as soon as possible. I will do my best to accommodate you within a reasonable grace period. However, please be aware that arriving significantly late may result in a modified service or rescheduling. The full fee for the scheduled appointment will still apply.

• Group Bookings: For group bookings, I require a longer notice period for cancellations or changes, typically 48 to 72 hours in advance, depending on the size of the group and the services booked.

• Deposits: For certain services or appointments, a deposit may be required to secure your booking. This deposit is non-refundable if you cancel without sufficient notice or if you do not show up for your appointment.

• Emergencies: We understand that genuine emergencies can occur. If you have a last-minute emergency and cannot make your appointment, please let us know as soon as possible, and we will do our best to accommodate your situation.
